Help with The Old Pod.

Where does my music go?

Your library is the Music folder inside the The Old Pod folder in iCloud Drive. On a Mac, open iCloud Drive in the Finder; on iPhone, use the Files app. Anything in that folder is in your library, and anything removed from it is gone from both apps.

A song doesn't appear on my other device

Confirm that you are signed into iCloud with the same Apple Account on both devices and that iCloud Drive is turned on. New files can take a moment to sync; the song appears once iCloud has delivered it.

A song shows a cloud symbol

The song is in your iCloud Drive but hasn't been downloaded to this device yet. Tap it while online to download and play it. Once downloaded, it plays offline.

A file doesn't show up at all

The Old Pod plays MP3 and M4A files. The Mac app converts unprotected WMA files to M4A when you import them; copy-protected files can't be played. Make sure the file is inside the Music folder, not somewhere else in iCloud Drive.
